Coach Hill Homes For Sale - Calgary
Find the newest homes for sale in Coach Hill and Calgary condos below!
As the name might suggest, Coach Hill is named for the stage coach trail which ran from Calgary to Banff. This particular trail went up and over the escarpment to the west of town rather than along the Bow River. Old Banff Coach Road, Bow Trail and 69 St SW are the boundaries of this hilltop neighbourhood in Calgary’s southwest. It’s on the western end of the hill known to longtime Calgary residents as “Broadcast Hill” that features picturesque views of the city and mountains. The CTV Calgary station has been in this area since 1954. Coach Hill was developed in the early 1980s with townhomes, condominiums and luxury homes, many with spectacular views of the mountains to the west.
