Cliff Bungalow Homes For Sale - Calgary
Find the newest homes for sale in Cliff Bungalow and Calgary condos below!
This small residential and commercial area of the inner-city southwest is named for the small “bungalow” school in the neighbourhood, which was built in the 1920s. Originally part of the Mission district on land owned by the Canadian Pacific Railway in the 1870s, Cliff Bungalow was founded in 1907 and many original homes remain. During the depression of the 1930s the community was rezoned to permit the construction of multi-family housing and the subdivision of the area’s larger homes into apartments. This area is south of 17 Ave SW and north of 25 Ave SW along both sides of 5 St SW.
