Knightsbridge Homes creates Niche Market from Show Home

Established in 1990, Knightsbridge Homes started as a small infill home builder in Calgary's inner city communities of Parkhill, Sunnyside and Hillhurst, as well as in acreages in the city's surrounding areas.

Knightsbridge HomesIn 1995, Knightsbridge embarked on a single family show home in Heritage Pointe, an exclusive Calgary luxury home community just south of Hwy 22X and on the east side of Macleod Trail. Eventually, it engaged as a showhome builder in upscale Elbow Valley for both single family and multi-family homes in 1997; and then expanded its projects to upscale Aspen Estates in 2000. At present, Knightsbridge is involved in Calgary's most exciting project, the University City - a joint-venture with Metropia Developments of Totonto, estimated to have 500 to 600 condo units and ground floor retail. This project will have housing for all, live/work, suites hotel and affordable units.
