April 2015 Market Highlights for Calgary Luxury Homes

1.  Less Calgary homes over $1 million sold in April this year than April 2014:  53 versus 78. These included detached, attached and apartment homes.

2.  The median price of all Calgary homes sold over $1 million remained fairly stable for both years: $1,275,000 in April 2015 and $1,258,000 in April 2014.
