The northwest quadrant of Calgary is the fastest growing area of the city.  NW Calgary homes for sale are located in the area west of Centre Street and north of the Bow River and/or the Bow River escarpment on the western edge of the city.  Unlike the east side of the city, the northwest quadrant of Calgary is built on hilly terrain with the exception of those neighbourhoods along the river.  The northwest has grown significantly in the last 25 years.  More northerly suburban neighbourhoods now have access to the recently completed Ring Road named Stoney Trail.  This has made long commutes from one Calgary quadrant to another or from the airport much quicker.

About NW Calgary Real Estate
