MARKETING SPECIALIST
The Ross PAVL Group seeks an extraordinary, highly creative person capable of
working with and developing print and web advertising, public relations,
creating ads and all collateral for real estate marketing.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and create advertising and promotion for print and web content
  • Support the sales team in advertising campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage, create and control marketing plans, programs and campaigns as
    outlined by management and within budget
  • Co-ordinate with publications as to content, artwork, deadlines, pricing
  • Organize grand openings, sneak peek, open houses and special events
  • Carry out reviews of marketing to determine effectiveness and return on investment
Skill Set required:
  • Proficiency in graphic arts with skills in Adobe Photoshop, Web Design and other related programs
  • Strong writing skills, a self-starter and strategy thinker
  • Passion and creativity for ad and collateral development to create an effective marketing program
  • Experienced in real estate marketing and communication
  • Proven track record in business management, project leadership, timelines and multi-tasking



SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As a sales representative you will be responsible for meeting with current and potential clients to identify their needs and proper means of satisfying those needs. You will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills to cultivate key client relationships within the assigned condominium project, to maintain a good rapport with our clients and inform them of sales promotions. It is our goal for you to cultivate a high level of service and sales with all of our clients.

You will work 5 days per week, inclusive of weekends, on-site at a sales center.
 
Responsibilities will include:
  • Working with the Sales Manager to establish selling strategy and tactics
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and activity goals
  • Analyzing prospect needs
  • Keeping management informed through regular activity reports and other communicatio
  • Continuously updating your knowledge of the company as well as your knowledge of the local real estate market
Skill Set required:
  • Industry-related work experience an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and overcome obstacles
  • Enthusiastic drive to succeed
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Solid prospecting abilities
  • Skillful negotiation, presentation, closing, and management skills
  • Must have confidence and competitive nature
