Saddleridge is a large community of 17,000 people at the end of the northeast LRT Line. It is located between 80 Ave NE and 96 Ave NE, east of Metis Trail to Stoney Trail. Saddleridge sits on flat land and has been a residential area for some time, with a number of acreages and horse boarding facilities.
Today, Saddleridge has grown with a large number of single family homes and a small number of mid-rise condo buildings. The community has a young population with an average resident age of 30. The community was originally built around Saddletowne Circle with retail stores, services and the LRT Station.

Saddleridge remains a community in development, as some of the older acreages on five and ten-acre parcels continue to be subdivided. Homes for sale in Saddleridge are priced on average between $460,000 and $495,000 with an excellent selection of condos for sale, built in 2013 and 2014, priced under $285,000.
