The community of Coventry Hills is in the extreme northeast end of Calgary.  This beautiful neighbourhood of 17,000 people was founded in the early 1990s and offers its residents views of the mountains to the west.  Coventry Hills is west of Deerfoot Trail and east of Harvest Hills Blvd NE.  

The soon to be redeveloped Harvest Hills Golf Course, is on the south, and on the north side of Coventry Hills lies Stoney Trail.  It is a friendly suburban neighbourhood with well-tended yards, situated near amenities for busy families and close to the the Calgary International Airport.

About Coventry Hills Real Estate

Coventry Hills is a community of moderately-priced homes built during the 1990s, where families can find a good-sized home for under the city’s average selling price.  Homes for sale in Coventry Hills are priced between $410,000 and $445,000 and condos around the $325,000 mark.  Single-family homes make up 93% of all dwellings.  Home styles are primarily two-storey, with some bi-level and split-level models with modern floor plans and builder-grade amenities in keeping with market values in the area.

There are some unique two and three-storey townhome developments in Coventry Hills at affordable price points with a limited number of condo apartments.  There is generally a good selection of homes on the market at any given time in this larger northeast neighbourhood.

Coventry Hills Community Features

Coventry Hills is a 20-minute drive to downtown Calgary on Deerfoot Trail, and just minutes to the airport.
