Whether selling luxury homes or high-end condo projects, longtime
 Calgary realtor Ross Pavl utilizes his extensive experience and passion in marketing to help his clients realize their real estate dreams. 
Pavl, a realtor with Re/Max House of Real Estate who heads up 
Ross Pavl Group, “Leaders in Luxury Home Marketing”, started out by focusing on condo projects, but over time looked for new challenges. “I started to explore the 
luxury market and looked at what was was being offered. I saw an opportunity because my previous experience in condo project marketing required putting
 together a whole package and I felt I could offer this in the luxury market."

Ross’ approach to selling a luxury home begins with plenty of research on the
 property, identifying specific features that “makes it unique and exciting that people might ordinarily overlook and then to market it to the right demographic of purchasers who are looking for the exact product that I am selling.”

"Marketing a luxury home takes lots of knowledge and hard work,” he says, noting
 he can’t do it alone. He’s put together a professional team – photographer, writer, website developer, interior designer, printer and others – to ensure the highest quality crafting of his marketing tools. All his clients benefit from the service provided by the Ross Pavl Group’s Design,
 Marketing and Sales Program. This includes: market research and product design;
 theme, name, graphic identity and promotional signage; renderings, 3-D virtual tours, Internet coverage; brochures and direct mail; in-house sales administration program; and global marketing. He’s also in the process of having luxury home brochures 
circulated on private and charter planes.
 Ross also takes full advantage of today’s technology by setting up websites on every property he markets, as well as using Social Media to keep in touch with his clients and stay up-to-date on the market. “To get a home sold in today’s competitive market, it must be marketed as effectively as possible,” he says, and his program is designed to “get the job done."

And when it comes to a luxury home “Open House,” he goes beyond the norm by 
creating special events. He’s incorporated art shows, wine tasting and recently had a 
pre-Oscar party theme where he literally rolled out the red carpet to create a unique “Open 
House” and make the clients feel special. “It’s a challenge because it requires a lot of work and there really is an art to it,” Ross says. “You need to present the home in the best way possible to bring someone out to buy, especially since you’re selling to a very small percentage of the population.” 

Ross also places a priority on
 customer service. For example, when there’s a property showing (mainly during the dinner hour), he offers his clients limo pick up and gets them reservations at a nearby restaurant. “It’s the little things that we do to provide extra customer service that people expect in the 
luxury market.”

Being in the real estate business since 2003, he offers not only his expertise but a large network of professionals and repeat clients. He can market a property without having to list it, which is vital in the luxury market where many clients want their home sale to be discreet. Although he’s making the luxury market his prime focus, Ross says he’ll still be involved in condo project sales. In fact, he’s currently marketing eight different multi-family condo projects including the Riverfront Pointe, Bridlecrest and Varsity Landing.

Ross also credits his highly-skilled, dedicated team of real estate agents and administrators for making his job easier.

Along with all this, Ross also gives back to the community, supporting the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation, the Children’s Miracle Network and Calgary’s Meals on Wheels program.
